How to Use
- Do not eat raw, as the flavour is enhanced with cooking
- To clean, brush away dirt with a damp cloth, clean the funnel; never wash and do not soak
- Complements chicken, rabbit, veal, Cornish hen, quail, pheasant
- Use in stuffings, sauces, risotto, quiona, salads, pasta cream sauces
- Sauté, roast, pickle
- Adds an elegant colour to sauces and entrees

- Store in a paper bag in the refrigerator for up to 7 days
